All debit/credit cards detail & personal information will NOT be stored, shared, sold, leased, or rented to any third parties. All our payments are processed by our payment processing agent. We do not keep any personal or credit card information, except for the payment details.
The details of personal documents, forms, and other documents or any other information provided by the customer to the International Resettlement representative will be kept confidential. All the Information & documents provided by the customer will not be shared with any other party EXCEPT any 3rd party which is required for the process, such as government bodies, designated organizations or visa processing departments, case officers, and our authorized facilitators. We would only collect your name, date of birth, marital status, contact details, delivery details, education and occupation details, and email address, and all of these are kept strictly confidential.
Refund Policy
The refund Requests will be valid only for customers who purchased International Resettlement paid products and paid the full retainer amount but the CONTRACT is NOT signed with International Resettlement. The refund shall be requested within 10 working days from the date of the retainer amount paid. Once a customer has agreed to this agreement, a refund request is void.
The paid fees shall not be refunded to the customer in the event that a period of 10 days had passed from the date of the retainer amount. In the event you had purchased International Resettlement paid services using a Debit or Credit card, and International Resettlement at its sole discretion has approved the refund then the company will refund the retainer fee paid for the services to the same card. Please note that it may take up to 15-20 working days based on your merchant.

Use of Website
International Resettlement reserves the rights at its own discretion and without any obligations, to add, modify or remove any features or functions or provide updates, Agreement, Products, or Website, at any time for any reason, without prior notice to the customer.
